Front Page news

We awoke to a cloudy cool day on the lake, and explored one of the many side canyons.  We had to to ourselves other than a few parked houseboats.  This lake is enormous - its very easy to find your own private waters.  After eating the last of our provisions for lunch, we said goodbye to Glen Canyon's Lake Powell and set off to return the boat.  At the rental company we were chatting with a fellow who grew up in the same area as Rich.  He was mentioning his eagle scout project of building Camp Woodworth lake, which Rich's dad also helped build.  It's a small world.
Back to Page Arizona for the night.  Stopped at the Glen Canyon dam on the way, and got a good lead from the ranger there on the best margaritas in town.  Dropped off all of our camping gear at goodwill, drank some tequila, and went to bed.  At 7:30 pm. This vacation stuff is hard work!
